Muscle Milk does have a lot of fat, but not enough to cause your cholesterol levels to double. More important than the total is the ratio. What were your before and after LDL/HDL counts?

Holy Shit! Your Triglycerides & Cholesterol are through the roof! Your starting numbers were bad before they went up. Are you obese? What is your body fat %? Did you fast for 12 hours before you took the blood test? If not, this could be a factor. You have to be in a "fasting state" for accurate lipid tests. Again, what is your Calculated LDL/HDL ratio? This is the most important factor when addressing cholesterol. It is certainly possible that the M1T could do this, but they may not be the case. Certainly, it isn't the muscle milk. Find that ratio...

Calculated ratio = total LDL cholesterol/ total HDL cholesterol. If you have a copy of the results, this ratio should be on there. Example: my total cholesterol is 141. My LDL cholesterol is 78. My HDL Cholesterol is 53. 78/53 = 1.46. 1.46 is my "risk ratio". Anything under 3.55 is in the healthy range. I just finished M1T yesterday. I got this blood work done a few days before I began. I will check again after PCT. Given that you have had such a drastic change, I would say it is likely the M1T. How far into your cycle are you, and when did you have the tests done?

I've seen a few people post bloodwork while on M1T and a good proportion showed increases in LDL levels. In addition to PCT you need to pursue a very clean diet and consider supplements containing plant sterols/stanols to reduce your cholesterol safely and naturally.

If you have been off for 60 days, I would expect that your numbers would have improved. Like redspy said, some people have shown a rise in LDL cholesterol on M1T. However, without knowing how much of a rise came from HDL or LDL it is hard to measure the health effects of this change. You should see a doctor. And you need to find your LDL and HDL counts. The risk ratio (LDL/HDL) is the most important factor. You should also eliminate saturated fats from your diet. I would also supplement with fish oil caps to help protect your heart and arteries. If your LDL is much higher than you HDL, you have plaque building up in your arteries. It may not be the M1T. But, I would discuss it with a doctor before doing another cycle. You are seriously risking your health otherwise. With Triglycerides, anything under 150 mg/dl is considered healthy. For example, I have 52 mg/dl. 343 is awful. Take this seriously.

Any androgen will increase blood lipids to high levels. Be sure to keep a check on them.

Quite possibly the worst side effect of M1T is the blood lipid destruction. You are one of many that have posted similar numbers. Supersoldier's "good" cholesterol dropped to almost 0 on M1T...make sure you take ancillaries with M1T, and don't take it on every cycle you do---give your body a rest.

And re: Muscle Milk, I highly doubt it would change your numbers like that overnight. It's one of my standby proteins, and I've never seen a change.

Nice to see you again, brodus. Been on vacation? I went through supersoldier's thread a few weeks ago. That was strange how his HDL suddenly hit the floor. Of course, HDL going down lowers total cholesterol. Either way, the results on one's lipid profile on M1T are going to suck. Axle was 60 days off. That is what shocks me. I am getting my bloodwork done again after 3 weeks of PCT.

Yeah, I've been super busy lately, playing about five shows a week and I have a day job! I haven't even had a lot of time in the gym lately.

I am definitely getting bloodwork done before and after my next M1T cycle.
