    newbie oxavar questions

Hi guys i am a little confused with all the pro hormones availible, ive sort of reached a plateau after 4 years of training and i feel i'm about 10 pounds overweight right now. im 28 and weigh 170 ( i have a small frame and am 5'6 so i dont think much more bulk is needed) i dont compete in anything but i do want to cut up a little. i have read about gaspari oxavar and just bought some along with some methy-d. i am a little unsure which one to take or if to take both together??? i already take loads of protein powder / vitamins and feel my diet is ok and balanced. i have never done any gear of any sort and cant find any threads on gaspari stuff. im quite new to all this as ive only ever trained and eaten what i thought was a decent diet so im sorry if i sound nieave or just plain dumb.....

Also search for M4OHN, MOHN, Methyl-4OHN which are variations of the same thing. Here's a good thread on M4OHN for example:- M4ohn

M4OHN and MD are considered by many to be good for cutting cycles, don't expect to gain serious muscle on these compounds.

As for stacking it's generally considered a bad idea as methylated PH/PS's are toxic to the liver.

As for Gaspari products most of the feedback I've seen suggests they are seriously over priced. A lot of people here prefer products from Designer Supplements.

For your next cycle do your research beforeyou purchase, it will save you money

Oxavar is simply a brand name for MOHN. You can get DS M4OHN for $30 (90 x 4mg pills). Why pay extra?
