You need to do a search on this question since it's been discussed to death on at least 100 occations BUT I'll give you the short version very quickly.
1. very best: with dextrose You can buy it by the pound at such places as 1fast400.com or bodybuilding.com
2. 2nd best: Concord Grape Juice (Welches for example) (purple grape juice not white)
3. whatever else. At this point none really come close to the top 2.
i normally have mine with tomato juice. its sposed to b mor effective if taken with a few carbs so any sort of fruit juice is good. apparently caffiene can decrease the effect of creatine
What's wrong with all u people.. why are u guys taking creatine... i mean first of all isn't it a cheap way of getting big.. and secondly, u guys are willing to stick with creatine for life? cuz i heard that if u stop taking creatine u lose all ur strength gains

See? Someone did some research. This is true what you say regarding Caffiene.
Its proven to work - some dont respond but MOST do.
How? and No.
You've heard wrong. You will lose water weight retainned while taking it but I have never lost any strength from strictly cutting creatine.

My response would be: YES it is a cheap supplement(monitarily speaking) that assists in gaining size. You the individual lifter must still train hard to wreap its benefits.
