    how many???

    hi ive got a question. how many supplements can i taker in ma diets.can i use
    protein
    creatine
    glutamine
    multivitamins
    amino acids
    in da same diet? or something is gonna be wasted?
    and something else
    if i take multivitamins is it necessary to take amino acids>?
    help me plsss

    yes, all of those can be used in your diet, however if your protein intake is adequate no real need for aminos, unless you're talking about BCAAs.

    id start with a multivitamin and whey, then work on up if feel you need more supplements. some find thats all they need (like me). and obviously diet comes first before all of these.

    thx..um somethin else.i got quite big belly but my hands r skinny.do u think that i need to use n-large or its gonna give me bigger belly?
