THis may have been asked before or may even be in the FAQ's somewhere but I didnt fnd it.
Why is it that when taking PH's you put on mass? is it because you eat so much more or is it because of the PH itself?
If you eat so much more food to put on mass then whats the point of taking the PH? Do they both work together? I dont know if my question makes any sense........cant you just gain the mass without the help of the PH?
what exactly does the PH do in your body for a person to gain mass?

Although a good article, I think it needs a section on what the Anabolics do to make the body grow and gain weight. Like nitrogen retention..................
