    AST Stack v. San Myodrive

I need some others' opinions on this one.

up until a few days ago I was gonna get AST's VP2 (vanilla) and Creatine HSC (Lemon). This pre/postworkout stack would run me about 48 dolllars.

Recently, however, I saw Sann Myodrive for 36 dollars.

Do the extra bells and whistles in myodrive make up for the fact that it uses whey protein concentrate as compared to the hydro whey in the vp2.

Is the amount of creatine-hmb too small?

what te hell is the "glucose disposal matrix" they talk about?

    finally, taste..?

    thanks guys

Don't get too caught up in the hype. Look at the ingredients and decide what best matches what you are looking for. A dose of creatine should be 5-10 grams. I use 10 at a time, personally. Extra bells and whistles are usaually just marketing hype. If you don't know what something is, you don't need it.
