    Want to get bigger

Simple question. I've never taken suppliments before and I have been using GoPro's P/R/S routine for quite some time now and I finally have enough money to hold a diet and suppliments. Please suggest who I should take and when and how to do. Thanks.

First post what your diet is like now, or any kind of plan that you have already. Second post your stats, weight, height, & maybe a bodytype
(ectomorph, mesomorph and/or endomorph). After that we'll all help alot more
Supplement wise, just start off with some simple protein powders like Optimum 100% Whey or any of the Wheys from AllTheWhey. Next get a hold of some carb powders and maybe some creatine. They can both be bought at BulkNutrition.com

    That should get you started

Check my gallery, March is the most recent pictures that I have. I am 18 years old, around 5'9-5'10 and only 140lbs cept it seems to be just muscle and bones. Have played soccer my whole life so I am constantly running.

Diet wise, I'm not on a very disciplined right now, not healthy I should say. Multi-vitamin in the mornings, maybe a powerbar or something like it, snack, lunch I try to eat something healthier like a Togo's, cept sometimes I get lazy and eat your usual fast food thinking hey, it might help me gain weight. Dinner is usually a cooked meal. Porkchops, chicken, steak, etc, with rice and a salad. All day long I snack on whatever I can find, so really, I have a horrible diet I know.

here is some advice. read the stickies in the nutrtion forum and get your diet together. you can't gain size if you don't eat for it.
