Stupid Stress making me an insomniac...

All this stress with moving and the job...etc, has gotten me all screwed up in my sleep. I cant sleep when I want too, and Im tired when I need to be awake! (Damn graveyard schedule for a year will do that to you!)

So tonight, trying a theoretical potent sleep stack of

6 mg Melatonin (which I know works well)
4-5 g of AST GABA (which has gotten mixed reviews)

    Lets see how this goes...

Is the melatonin a sustained release formula? If you not you'll have a massive spike of melatonin and then it will nosedive and you'll probably wake up early. Also 6mg is a huge dose. 1.5-3mg should be sufficent.

i take melatonin from time to time when im bulking cos i find it difficult to sleep try 3mg with a cup of peppermint tea normally works for me.

i think its slow release it works by triggering production of a natural sleep hormone, i neva wake up early when iv had it. Its not very good for you if you wanna train in the morning tho it takes me till about midday to shake off the sleepy feelin

Ive used it before... and loved it.

But maybe you guys are right about the time-release thing. I finally fell asleep about 3ish and now its about 1 and I woke up groggy.... I slept pretty good, with funny dreams, but woke up about 4 times in the night...

Have to get the time -released.
