    5:30pm WORKOUT

    6:45pm Finish Workout

    7:30 Dinner
1 chicken breast, 3 egg whites, rice and a glass of water

    9pm ZZZzzzZZzzz

Im doing a 12 week cycle,

    Weeks 1-4 – Gain Mass
Weeks 5-8 - Gain Mass & Fat Loss

Does anyone have any ideas on when I should be taking my supplements and which ones would work best as which time of the day?

    Cheers

Couldn't you just have purchased a multivitamin and protein powder? Looks like all that other stuff is marketing crap.

When you reorder just go with the whey, creatine, glutamine and possibly BCAAs. The other products have marginal value.

    IMO..BCAA pre and post workout.
Whey, first thing in the morning and post workout.
    Creatine 30 minutes before workout.
    Glutamine after workout.
ZMA before going to bed, of course.
The rest of it I donīt know. I have a lot to read now.

I agree with this. Or you could use the creatine post-workout with glutamine and the BCAAs and hi GI carbs--then wait 30 min and have the whey.
