Not responding to a customers email within one business day is a SIN. We usually reply in about 6 hours. There is ZERO reason for that.
As for the delay, how long since you ordered? Keep in mind that if it's sent UPS and you are on one coast and they are on another, it's 5 business days. In our case on some occasions if a customer orders (for example) late on a Friday, it won't get shipped until Monday. If they're 5 days away that means they don't see it until the following MOnday. It seems like a long time to the customer but nothing can really be done about it. However, the products you mention above are super lightweight and should have been sent priority mail which is about 3 days.

I'm on the west coast and I placed my order on Saturday (Friday around midnight actually) August 7th. So; it's been 5 business days. I got the Tribulus this afternoon in my PO Box which is good, but the Tamox and 6-OXO is what I was hoping would arrive this week, but no dice. My biggest concern was the lack of e-mail response. I ordered tamoxifen citrate from them and got it in 4 days. I sent them an e-mail asking for my order status and got a reply in less than 12 hours. Give it a few more days, sometimes is the mail carrier itself the ones that make mistakes

still email response should be a must. I order everything I get from bulknutrition and the few times I've had to email them it's been like making a phone call - it's almost always answered immediatly. When Mike or the staff won't be able to answer emails they always have it posted on there web page. I don't like guess work in the people I do business with. That is how all business should be run.

The company is run by a guy who runs a gym and is a Personal trainer. PE.com is more of a side project. They lost my business once because their site wasn't working (wouldn't process credit cards) and it took them too long to email me back. They have a phone number, which is unmanned.Only a few of their products are priced well--mainly the research chems. They will give you free shipping if you put in amrules as the discount code, too. Sometimes, they are just not on the ball, so to speak. Some of their best-selling products are often out-of-stock. Just poor management.

Are you still using 6-oxo and tamoxifen for PCT after M1T cycles? My M1T pct isn't going to swell with just tamoxifen. I get horny like once a week, and I am only 27!

I've heard similar complaints from others. If you need Tamoxifen just order from customnutritionwarehouse.com I believe PE and M5research.com buy from Custom anyway. Custom offers great service and is very responsive.

I liked the fact that I got free shipping, and the price on 6-OXO was reasonable - B/c that shit is still waaaaaaaaaaaaay overpriced, but don't like the lack of response.

To answer your question Pirate, yeah I usually do a 30 day cycle of M1T and 4ad transdermal and then PCT for 30 days w/Tamox and 6-OXO combined. I got some really good gains this time around so I'm also throwing Trib and Saw Palmetto into the mix just for the added help, but it doesn't do me any good when I can't get my Tamox and 6-OXO on time. I know, I know, "never start a cycle without having your PCT supp's on hand", but I live in the fuckin' boonies now and it's not as easy as it used to be. Yeah, my sex drive is nill and my wife gets back from a trip on Monday, hopefully my johnson will be back to life by then.

That is long, but it doesn't surprise me. There are a few gripes on am.com where "Huge", the guy who runs the place, is a sponsor. I got down on his company pretty hard a few times there. Anyway, glad to hear you got your goods. Bet the wife is, too.

The wife is quite pleased now that my scroti has unshriveled thanks to the Tamox.
Yeah, 8 days is a little too long, but I did get free shipping so I can't bitch too much.
After this 30 day PCT, I'm doing one last cycle of M1T/4AD and it will complete one year of 30 day on/30 day off cycles of PH's (mostly M1T and 4AD), then it's time for a serious cutting phase (incorporating the final PCT phase of course). I want to see the results as I took pics when I weighed 185 before my 1 year journey began along with measurements, strength, etc. I'll see what the final results are and how much $'s it actaully cost me. I want to be sitting on my couch by the end of October watching Mr. O at my biggest and best ever.

WHen I ordered from pe.com, it took six days to get it (and no emails), but the odd thing was, when I got the box, it was shipped from customnutritionwarehouse.com...Maybe it was just a logistics thing (I live on the East Coast)

cops25, pe and custom are pals. I think they help each other out at times. I griped about a pe order on another forum and the custom guy responded with an explanation.
