As for the delay, how long since you ordered? Keep in mind that if it's sent UPS and you are on one coast and they are on another, it's 5 business days. In our case on some occasions if a customer orders (for example) late on a Friday, it won't get shipped until Monday. If they're 5 days away that means they don't see it until the following MOnday. It seems like a long time to the customer but nothing can really be done about it. However, the products you mention above are super lightweight and should have been sent priority mail which is about 3 days.
