Want to bulk and then cut, what suppliments

I am about to start a new cycle on gopro's power/rep/shock routine and I want to take some kind of suppliment for this cycle to see if I notice any increasements. Looking to add around 20lbs of some bf, but majority of muscles. I'm 5'10 140lbs right now. Need recommendation of whey protein or creatine and how and when to take it.

you need to start counting calories so you "know" how much you are really eating. I don't know anyone who counts calories and can't gain weight...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

When I was younger I tried using a GNC weightgainer and that worked, but then I got sick and lost all of it in a week. How many calories should I take in? I am a soccer player so maybe thats why it's so hard for me to gain weight?
