BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
I am about to start a new cycle on gopro's power/rep/shock routine and I want to take some kind of suppliment for this cycle to see if I notice any increasements. Looking to add around 20lbs of some bf, but majority of muscles. I'm 5'10 140lbs right now. Need recommendation of whey protein or creatine and how and when to take it.

Right now I'm just trying to eat as much food as I can to try to gain weight. I am only 140lbs and just eating whatever I can get my hands on.

Add one jar of natural peanut butter a day to your current diet.

you need to start counting calories so you "know" how much you are really eating. I don't know anyone who counts calories and can't gain weight...

When I was younger I tried using a GNC weightgainer and that worked, but then I got sick and lost all of it in a week. How many calories should I take in? I am a soccer player so maybe thats why it's so hard for me to gain weight?
