Creatine and Glutamine, when and how much?

In the sticky for "Bulking w/ Slow Burners" this diet recommends:

"10 grams of creatine a day, 5 grams of glutamine before training/ 10 grams after"

It seem like most people take 5g creatine in the morning and the 5g w/ grape juice post workout. What about the glutamine, are you mixing it together with creatine? Is this much Glutamine necessary??

The question below is directly related to the Sacred "Stickys" that everyone is directed to when they have a question. So why will no one answer this questions?

How does this link answer the question, its just more searching.

The diet in the sticky needs to be deleted or updated. Glutamine and creatine is a waste of money when taken together. Stick with high quality foods that are rich in protein and eat plenty of fruits and vegtables and ignore most of the other shit that gets posted including the sticky's.

The point is almost one in ten posts (slight exaggeration) on this forum are about creatine and glutamine. People shouldn't just rely on stickies, they should also use the search button and take the time to research other posts.

Well, someone came up with this diet and someone thought is was good enough to put in the sticky. I would think the question would be easy to answer and wouldn't require performing more searches. I thought the idea of the sticky was to give you accurate info so you didn't have to search through various opinions which tend to contradict each other.

chill out NJ.... Its not going to make a huge difference when you take your creatine. I take it pre workout, b/c there are many studies showing that your body will store it much more efficiently. Thats not to say that it is going to make an incredible difference, as the creatine isn't used subsequent to the time taken, it is stored.

As for glutamine, anytime is a waste in my oppinion. but that is my oppinion, and we better not get into another glutamine debate...theres plenty of threads on that, so do a search if your interested.
