    Avoid M1T side effect

I plan to take Saw Palmetto and Milk Thistle for prostate and liver while using M1T. Now, how do i protect my pct. Could anybody suggest over the counter medecine that help protect pct. What can I use to lower my blood pressure?

This should be in the supplement section. The fact that you are asking how to protect your PCT is a bad sign. What do you think PCT is?

I do apologize for asking something like that before I have done my research on what PCT is. Could you please tell me what it is. Why do you have to check blood work? What sign in blood work tell you that you are normal and what sign tell you your blood is not normal.

For PCT blood panels you'd be interested in free testosterone levels, estrogen, Luteinizing hormone, LDL/HDL, liver values etc. Having blood tests done is the only sure way to determine your PCT was effective.

Unless your insurance will cover it and your doc aproves it, the hormone tests are pricey. Liver & Lipid are the main things you should track on M1T
