So when I start my M1-T cycle (2 weeks) I will not be able to use a transdermal
4AD because my skin is a bit fair and I put some on the other day just to see if it will cause a rash or no work well with my skin. it was not good at all. what do you recomend I take as a 4AD rather than the 4Derm. how much will I have to take because I know it will not be as effective taken as an oral. I looked at legal gear's methyl 4AD and they say it is best stacked with M1-T but it seems like that may be a bit harsh on my liver with 2 methylated PH's in one stack.

looks like I spilled hot water on my belly, not as painfull as it looks it's just itchy and it also I sleep with my girlfriend so if any gets on the sheets this will be a big problem to!

You are right that it is best not to get any on your girl. Some people shoot 4-ad, but I would not suggest this in your case. Given your situation, I would say go with M4-AD and 1-T oral. If you take M1T without enough 4-ad you won't be sleeping with your girlfriend. You might end up on the couch. Maybe she will go to someone else who doesn't have Trust me, M1T will shut your balls down hardcore. With the right balance of M4-AD and 1-T taken orally, you should see good gains and keep your mojo rising. Plus, you can run your cycle longer.

If you can't use a transdermal I'd suggest you buy some bulk 4-AD powder and make your own caps. You can get it for $1/gram from bulknutrition or blackstarlabs so the low cost can offset the poor oral bioavailabilty.

Personally I wouldn't recommend stacking two methyls.

how many mg do you recomend I take, I see 400mg to be ok but again thats transdermal so how much will I have to compinsate, like say 600-800mg, and I have no idea here so don't flame me if that was a bad guess.

I'd suggest a range of 800-1200mg per day, split in at least two doses. Anything less isn't going to yield great results.

Two weeks is so short for running 4-AD. Maybe it would be beneficial to run the 4-AD longer. Stacking two methyls is bad, but then again, it is only two weeks (I am not suggesting this--but it is a consideration). Whatever you do, take plenty of Milk Thistle for your liver. I guess you will have to donate the 4derm to the donation fund here. I can help you arrange that if necessary.

Good point - something I overlooked. The 4-AD will take a couple of weeks to really kick. You could start the 4-AD a week or two prior to the M1T so your test levels are high to counterbalance the M1T sides.
