Oh No Now's Arginine

I just got Now's Arginine powder from bulknutrition yesterday. first time i took it with just water i almost threw up . second time, i mixed it with juice... wasn't AS bad as before, but still terrible.

needless to say, i probably won't be buying this again.. maybe go with san's v12 or something... anyway, I know i've heard a couple of you say you are using this.. any ideas on what to mix it with to make it at least somewhat bearable?

...should have listened to the other threads talking about had nasty it is. i just thought "it can't be that bad"

Yeah, I can stomach almost anything. Now Foods Arginine was enough to get me to buy a capping machine. It is a great deal, though. My advice is cap it or just shoot it down with 2-3 oz of water and chase it with a glass of water. Works best on an empty stomach. I imagine arginine just taste like that. Now the manufacturer's fault.

http://www.universalkits.com/Capsule%20machine.htm Get the size "00", it holds about 650 mg/cap.

I think you find that capping is too time consuming to waste capping creatine and dextrose. It will keep you busy enough capping the arginine. I eat 10 caps a day. The machine only makes 24 at a time. My advise: chug the creatine and dextrose at the gym. Or at lest mix it inside the gym and drink in the car.
