Im not sure.. but I think you can "sweat it out" if you use it before cardio. Like I said, im not totally sure though..
I would use it right after the shower. Whats the instructions say? |

The instructions just say to apply twice a day. My understanding is that it frees up the fat (triglycerides) so they can circulate in the blood. Then, the fat must be burned. The burning of fat would come from exercise and/or calorie deficit. I'll see what people say on the forums @ bn...

I found the answer: "Lipoderm-Y should be used at least 2 hours before any activities in which one will sweat or expose the skin to significant amounts of water, due to the risk of the product washing off before it firmly binds with the skin." I guess I should have checked the Avant Labs site first. Sometimes I forget that ironmag forum searches are not the only place to look.
