Has anyone used m5aa and what their experience with the negative sides have been? I wanted to know if anyone had any hair loss since m5aa converts to DHT. I have been doing a 1ad/4ad cycle and have not had any problems with hair loss or major sides. I want to plan a cycle next year with 1test/4ad transdermal and m5aa, however, if this will cause

You need to look and see if you have any hair loss issues in your family. If you do, I would expect you would also with the 5aa

I've used M5AA preworkout at low doses (20mg) and was impressed with the mental focus it provided in the gym. As I use low doses I haven't seen any sides. My current cycle incorporates it:-

  • M14,ADD 90mg
  • 4-AD (Transdermal) 500-600mg
  • M5AA 20mg (preworkout)
  • Femara 1mg (to reduce 4-AD bloat)
I've seen people running upto 120mg M5AA ED and they've reported very impressive strength and hardening gains.

As there is a large conversion to DHT be cautious if you're prone to MPB or prostate issues.

Keep us updated on how your cycle goes, redspy. Two methlys at once, huh? I am especially interested in how well the femera helps with the bloat. That 4-AD is your own mix, right? 10 g in a bottle?

Well, I only take the M5AA preworkout, i.e. 3 times a week and at low doses. I certainly wouldn't take M5AA ED stacked at high doses.

The Transdermal 4-AD is actually a couple of bottles of 4Derm with an extra 3 grams of 4-AD powder added to each. I'm saving the T-Gel mixed with 10g 4-AD for my next cycle.

I'll keep you posted.

slydeflex: sorry for taking over your thread

Thanks for the info. have you seen any strength gains using only preworkout? Or only focus?

I've definitely seen some strength increases on compound exercises, but some of that could be attributed to a placebo effect and the increased aggression/mental focus. Some of the literature I've seen suggests that it's superior to M1T for strength gains - I haven't used M1T so I can't comment on that.

Overall I think M5AA is worth a trial. I'm using the Omega Sports brand from Custom.

Hmm, I have used M1t and saw no strength gains. Although I know the stuff worked. I've seen strength gains with MD though.

Now if you run m5aa in the (20mg preworkout) along with 1-TU (from Nutrex)
Would you have to run Nolva PCT or is that amount not high enough???

You need a PCT. What it consists of is up to you.

Got it. I was just asking a hypothetical question anyways.
