Quick Question

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
Hey I just bought some Optimum Nutrition Whey. I used to have Whey/Creatine powder, called Weight Gainer. Well now i have the 100% Optimum Nutrition Whey and I also bought some Power Creatine. is it ok if I take these two at the same time? I wont have them in the same drink so not mix them, but I mean in the same day, is it ok to take both things? Also I was reading about the Power Creatine how long should I be on it, I know its 5-7 days for the bulking stage but after that for the single serving a day is their point where i should stop taking it, like 2 months?

For the creatine, take it post workout on "on" days, and take it in the morning on "off" days. 5g every day, you dont need to load it.
You can take the protein the same day yes, and I would take it post workout.

ON 100% whey is for fullfilling your daily protein intake. There is no proformance enhancing qualities about it, outside of allowing you to have a proper diet and a good source of BCAA's pre/post work out.

Sure, you can use them together.
