Zma?

Hey I heard that ZMA boosts your natural testosterone levels. I don't know how though. But I heard somewhere else that zinc is anti-estrogen, and kills off estrogen, and that converts to testosterone. Is this how the testosterone in the body is made by ZMA, since there a lot of zinc in it or is it just something else in the ZMA that produces natural testosterone? hhmmmmmm

ZMA is a waste of money. It's only effective if you're heavily deficient in those minerals. Some people say it helps them sleep but I've never seen research which suggests it raises testosterone in healthy subjects.

Save your money for Whey protein, creatine and other proven supplements

Well if it helps to sleep, that would be wonderful too

I'm currently taking ZMA at my trainers advice... can't say I've noticed any difference other than I am sleeping more soundly.

at $8.00 per month I believe that it is worth taking, it promotes sleep:
