Trib & creatine while cutting

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
I searched, but couldn't find quite what I was looking for. Going calorie deficient while cutting, I'm certain to lose some strength as my intake isn't enough to maintain. Would adding trib and creatine while cutting help retain strength? I know creatine is mainly for bulking, but I can deal with water weight gain. It should leave once I stop taking creatine. I'm currently taking whey isolate during the day, casein at night, and glute peptides post workout and before bed. Aminos when I'm up at 2 for a bathroom run during the night, and pre workout. 3500 calories daily taking in about 500g carbs and 300g protein. I take 2 tablespoons flax oil. Once with my 1st meal and one post workout, along with a multi vitamin in the morning. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

If you're running a calorie deficit the only thing that will spare muscle is a strong androgen. You could try using BCAAs pre workout and larger doses of glutamine but ultimately you'll lose some muscle IMO. As for creatine and trib I don't think they'll help in saving mass.

Personally, I cut better if I eat just a little under normal maintenance and do cardio more frequently--like 6 days a week for 30 min. If the deficit is too big you will lose muscle for sure, but if you do it right and you are patient you should keep your strength, even if your muscles look a little smaller.

That's what I try to do. It's hard to know exactly where I maintain since my cardio changes. I bulk at 4000 cal/day with cardio maybe once per week. I cut at 3500 with cardio 4 times. I could probably bulk and cut at the same caloric intake, and just change the amount of cardio I do.

300g of protein. O man. That must be expensive. How much of that is whey?

I get horrible gas when I approach 200g. (i'm 166 lbs). My freinds won't even let me around. I couldn't imagine what kinda rooms your could clear! Probably like entire dance floors at the clubs., or maybe like an entire clothing department at Meijer. O man that must be horrible.

I have no problem with 300 g of protein, Luke. Just don't drink so much damn whey. Turkey, Tuna, Chicken Breast, 1% Cottage Cheese, Salmon...

I drink 2 half isopure shakes, 1 before and 1 after workout totalling 25g each, and a casein shake totaling 25 before bed. So only 75 are from shakes. the remaining is from lots of chicken, dairy, eggs, and the occassional tuna sandwich when I feel the need to gag. I get the Gortons frozen grilled fish fillets too. 17g protein 0 carbs 3g fat. Those are pretty good. I think there are 3 kinds. Italian Herb, classic, and I think garlic. The herb and garlic ones are pretty good and easy to make.

hmm.. haven't seen any. In the frozen foods section, you might look for them. Not breaded, just a frozen fish fillet. Nuke it for 3 1/2 minutes and it's done.
