If you're running a calorie deficit the only thing that will spare muscle is a strong androgen. You could try using BCAAs pre workout and larger doses of glutamine but ultimately you'll lose some muscle IMO. As for creatine and trib I don't think they'll help in saving mass.

I get the Gortons frozen grilled fish fillets too. 17g protein 0 carbs 3g fat. Those are pretty good. I think there are 3 kinds. Italian Herb, classic, and I think garlic. The herb and garlic ones are pretty good and easy to make.
