    creatine

    ive heard alot of stuff about creatine everything from it killed 3 people to it makes you gain 4 pounds of muscule a week, anyone know about it?

    Run a search before you start ill informed threads and useless polls. Show me conclusive research that creatine has killed people. Lots of things kill people, doctors are the number 3 killer in the US.
