Here's what I recommend:- Look at the top-right of the page and you'll see a magic link called Search. Type in 'creatine' and you'll be amazed at the wealth of information at your finger tips.

at your age your best bet would be a lot of quality food with a focus on a lot of high quality protein, if you were to concentrate on this your gains would exceed anything you might get from some creatine.

IMO cell-tec has way to much sugar per serving, and is incredibly expensive. If you do decide to take creatine, i personally like swole. It is almost a third of the price of cell-tec and for protein, i personally like Up Your Mass by MHP even though it is a bit expensive, but at your age Prince is probably right

My friend took it when he was 16 (cell-tech)
His bench shot up 50+ lbs in less than 2 months

    Doing the exact same routine...

Cell-Tech is a fine supplement, if you don't mind spending 10-20 times more than you should, and if you are not dieting.

yeah, I found an article on making homemade Cell Tech

I was searching for Cell Tech and cheap prices, because alot of my friends have taken it for football, and while i was on google a link for making Cell Tech came up from a bodybuilding site. The ingredients he used were Prolab Creatine Monohydrate or any other Creatine supplement, Dextrose 10lbs ($2 per 2lb bag X 5 bags), Coolaid (2 flavors), and a 4litre Milk Carton/Jug.

So first he washed the nug and let it dry. He then got a funnel poured a 2lb bag of dextrose. Added the koolaid packs (2, he used to diff falvors like lime and orange). Filled the milk jug 1/3 full with cold water, shake hard to make sure the dextrose and coolaid dissolve and mix. Fill the milk jug all the way to the top. throw it in the fridge!

When your ready to drink, 1 cup is about 250 mls, and each serving size is 154ml due to his math calculations which will contain 35g of dextrose. So pur it into a cup about 60% and add the 5g of creatine and youve got your cell tech.

Here is the link http://www.bodybuildingforyou.com/cr...h-homemade.htm.... sorry for the long post just thought you guys should know. tell me what you think of this, is this homemade cell tech reliable and worth it? its quite cheaper than cell tech. thanks

well i tried cell tech it didnt really work for me. i think with creatine u really have to experiment a lot until u find the right one. try some cell volumizers such as v12, swole, or satur8, until u find the right one. cell tech works for some, but didnt really work for me.

i think i once compared the cost of cell-tech with buying the main ingredients separately (dextrose, creatine, and ala) from bulk nutrition. it was awhile ago, but if my memory serves me correctly the cost was about even. perhaps if you just used table sugar it would be less.
don't get me wrong, i hate muscletech's marketing lies and overpriced supps. plus, there are a lot better/cheaper creatine products your can buy. maybe cell-tech isn't so overpriced...if you don't buy it from gnc.

the main problem is that most people don't know how creatine works or what it's role is in bodybuilding supplementation. they think if they take Cell Tech, creatine they will all of a sudden get huge and rapidly gain a lot of muscle. creatine doesn't work like that..

I think swole v2 was 10x better than cell tech. Cell tech makes me feel like a balloon.

I agree with Luke, I take swole, and i think this stuff is great. Not to mention the fact that you can buy almost a 4 month supply of swole for the same as a 1 month supply of cell-tech.

Is bulknutrition.com the best place to buy swole? I have been considering getting it in the future.

I haven't checked online prices of swole, but I have a store in my city called Nutrition Warehouse that sells it for $28 for a month supply, so it should be cheaper online

A serving of Cell Tech contains 10g of creatine and 75g of sugar - that's pretty expensive sugar. Do yourself a favor and buy pure creatine monohydrate from ON or other cheaper manufacturers.

just get some plain creatine monohydrate and mix it with some juice, make sure you get plenty of protein and quality carbs and provided your training correctly you should put on weight in no time

    Thanks Redspy,

So does that mean that the effect of it could be reduced because you are taking the 10 grams of creatine post workout. Ive heard some people say that creatine is best to take befor a workout. If i took it befor a workout and post a workout could it be much more effective.

Any tips on how much to take and when to take it for a 6.00pm work out. Sorry for the twenty questions redspy.

It's definitely a good idea to take it post workout to replenish your muscles. When I took creatine monohydrate I'd take 5g pre and post workout with some simple carbs (e.g. grape juice) to raise insulin levels and optimize absorbion. For preworkout I'd take it approximately 45 minutes prior to training. Post workout I'd typically have a shake consisting of whey, glutamine peptides, maltodextrin and creatine.

Over the past few days I've been using creatine ethyl ester, 3g ED. Overall I believe it's increasing my endurance - even though it tastes disgusting.

So if you bought a tub of Cell-Tech how would you take it.

The Directions say take one serve after workouts, and thats all. Would i be better to take a half serve b4 i work out about 45 mins b4, and then a half serve after i work out.

Yes, try a half serving pre and post workout and you should be set.
