    for someone trying to lose fat and get cut

    is whey protein a good choice? is any suppolement a good choice? because i know most of the powders are to bulk up...so should i take it anyway even though im trying to get lean?

    protein is necessary for bulking, cutting and maintenance; when cutting protein is one of the most important aspects of your diet to help reduce muscle catabolism.

    anyone involved in bodybuilding will benefit from protein supplementation because it is very difficult to get enough quality protein from food alone.
