Arrow Broken Bones, Help!!

Hi i'm a newbie to the site but I need Help! I broke my femor really bad and had a metal rod places in there but the question is is there any supplements the can help my body heal faster? Before the accident i had a very unhealthy lifestyle with too much partying!!!!!!!!!! I'm starting to eat right but the doc told me how long it counld take for this to start growing back since it is a major bone in the body. So ANY suggestion is much needed thank you!!!

Your name fits you well. Sorry, but I don't think supplements are nearly as important as treating your leg right. Be easy on it. Your doctor should prescirbe you anything that would help.

i think ur doctor should make a combination of testosteron inj. course as it promotes bone growth ,and (calcium supplement + vit D3),u should also decrease amount of soft drinks as it decrease density of bones, hoping u to get well back soon

I would say keep your calories high dont try to diet while recovering. Take a calcium supplement. Other than those time and rest are the two best factors to recovering from a broken bone.

you definetly want a caloric excess. I would also get off the pain killers ASAP...

Buy from www.bulknutrition.com

LAM, why get off the pk's asap? Are they bad for muscle growth or something in some way?
