All the Whey!

Just got 5lbs choc whey isolate from Allthewhey.com... mixed it with 12 oz's non fat hood carb control milk and was very happy with the taste and consistency... not too strong of a taste, not too plain... I was impressed... I'll be trying it with water and oats in the morning.

Hydrolyzed or pure isolate? Im thinking I might buy from them next.

I have a blend of their chocolate. It's great
But, isolates of vanilla and orange. They all rock basically.

did you blend it in a blender or use a shaker bottle?

P funk, you can blend this stuff with a spoon! I'm considering making a short mpeg. video to demonstrate how well it disolves.

I almost always use a blender... I went with the pure isolate...

5lbs whey protein with 12oz's milk... wow, do you think anyone could pull that off in one sitting, I can't imagine... haha...

I tried 2 scoops this morning with 1 cup old fashioned oats and was pretty happy...

And to answer Ms Aggies, I'm over my whole protein blend obsession... I'm going to try this whey isolate for a while to see how it works out... Although, i saw all the whey is coming out with a milk isolate... I might have to try that...
