The only phrase that comes to mind about shopping @ GNC is "Bend over and grease up" cause they'll really do ya GOOD!

Creatine? GNC creatine monohydrate???......... jezuz I hope you can still walk. If you like it up the butt that much you should become a porn star. At least in porn it wont be as bad as shopping at GNC. *smile*

Bulknutrition is good. So is DPS nutrition. Try creatine malate instead of monohydrate. Either SAN V12 or Syntrax Swole V2. Both are less expensive (35 and 30 respectively, after shipping), there's no loading phase, and no water retention, no runs, and no headaches. I get Swole from Vitamin Shoppe because one is just around the corner.

    Hope that helps.
