    Question Weight loss for wife

Am trying to help my wife. She has been working out and eating properly for quite some time now, but is hitting a wall. She is 5'5"(ish) 124 lbs. BF 20%. She only consumes about 1100 cal a day, clean diet, no crap. Works out 5 X a week to include cardio 3-5 times a week. She cant get below 124 and is EXTREMELY frustrated. She came down from 139. I feel that she might quit if she doesn't get to her goal of 115. She can't do ephedra. Can anyone (particularly another female) recommend a good supplement to help her cut that last few pounds. She is currently doing the HIIT cardio program and needs energy too. She is trying Trimspa, but only for the last 4-5 days. Help me help her, which helps me. HELP

If she's looking to break through a sticking point she might want to consider Trimax. It's not without risk, do some research to see if it's right for her.

I used it recently and found it to be the most effective fat burner I've ever used. I ran a three week cycle and lost about 10lbs.

Clen is my favorite right now. However, if she isn't trying to be very muscular, I'd suggest T3. Just make sure she does a long taper down at the end of the cycle to avoid a rebound effect. ECA is good for energy.
