What exactly besides bring your natural TEST back up does taking a PCT supp do? Removes all the water that has been stored and bloating? I can tell Im bloated around my mid-section (specially on my sides) since I have been on my S1+ cycle and still have 10 days to go which will make 4 weeks.
Also when comming off a cycle, why is it so hard to keep the gains that have been made? if you continue on the same CAL intake as when you were on the cycle?
lastly, the stupid question, How do I take the Liquid NOLVA? drink it after measuring it out in the syringe?
Questions regarding liquid Nolva have been covered on the forum - run a search. Basically you just measure the required dose with an oral syringe and swallow it. Some people like to have a chaser to get rid of the nasty taste.
The bloating will go away during PCT. You will piss the water out. Nolva will help you produce normal natural test levels quicker during PCT. Keep the same cal intake during PCT, even if you put on a a few pounds of fat. Diet and you will likely lose muscle. Wait until after PCT to cut.

how long does it usually take to piss out the water weight? also what is the average weight a person pisses out when doig PCT?
I have 10 days left and before the cycle I would wieght 155 dry in the morning and now I wiegh 170 dry in the morning. Somtimes I find myslef not drinking the total amount of water I should be drinking so where do the water weight come from. I know damn well Im not carrying around 15 pounds of water.
Water goes during first week of PCT with PH/PS. Why are you worried about weight? Aren't you trying to bulk? You probably put on some fat. Read that sticky better. It is plain english.

Im not worried about gain wieght, thats what I want to do, put on as much wieght as I can in my first attempt. According to the fat caliper I have not put on any fat, Im still in the 10.63 range.
Well, you say you know you are not carrying around 15 lbs of water and you haven't gained any fat, so I am not sure what you are asking. Your gains could be about 1/2 water, 1/2 muscle (general estimation). This would be impressive since you still have over a week left on cycle.

Don't worry about fat and water gain. They are all part of adding muscle. It will all easily come off during pct. Just keep your diet up until your pct is done, or you will lose all of the strength and size that you gained. I made the mistake on my last PH cycle. The water retention is due to the 4AD that you are taking in, so once you stop taking it, it will all come off. Keep your water intake up, and it will keep you body cycling the water out. If you want to accelerate the fat/water loss, do a half-hour of cardio first thing in the morning before you eat anything. It will burn straight fat. Just KEEP YOUR CALORIES UP. I can't stress that enough. You WILL lose the muscle that you just gained if you cut your food intake.
