i concur, vitamins are needed in a multi vitamin.
seriously, use the seatch feture as your probably going to get a million different opinions here. i like MegaMen Multivitamins, natures plus brand are also good. I would get one without iron as almost everyone gets enough of the daily amounts of iron from food.
