    Meal Replacement shakes-Lite versions

Ok folks, yes I am new here but really need some feedback. Have any of you used the Lite versions of any of the meal replacement shakes? Like Myoplex Lite? Reason I ask, my local supp shop has Myoplex Lite on sale about half off, and I'd really like to add them to my diet if they are any good. I realize that they are nutritionally sound, but what about taste and texture?

    thanks!

I never use the lite versions, but I have heard that they are ok, although maybe somewhat "thinner."

You can also just look for low carb and low fat protein powders. This would qualify as "lite" if you are looking to keep an eye on weight gain while getting extra nutrition or protein. I like the EAS whey protein with milk. Shake the hell out of it first and it is pretty palatable.

I used Myoplex Lite, it's okay, but not great. Mix it with some fruit and it will be drinkable.
