PCT start tomorrow after an S1+ cycle?

WEll my PCT starts tomorrow. I started at 155 dry and ended up at 171 dry after a 4 week cycle at 6 sprays X2 the first week and 12 sprays X2 for the rest.
I know some will be water but not much as I can tell most is muscle. I started at 10.80 bf and end with 10.06 bf......

I really didnt notice any type of side from taking this stuff. I did freak out the start of the second week and though my nads were taking a vacation but they are just fine.

I will be taking Nolva for PCT....

I have read and it seems the dosage's should be 60ml everyday for the first week and 40ml for the second week and 20 thereafter...does that sound correct? I got the bottle of liquid tax and it seems I will have just enough at that dose for a 4 week PCT.

Should I take it at night before bed or during the day?

I am hooked on this stuff....peopel at work are like, (WHAT IN THE HELL DID YOU TAKE!? I WANT SOME!!!)

next Im going to try M1T and see what kind of gains I can see from that. I wanna get to about 180-85

Is it better to take the Nolva fist thing in the morning or at night before bed?

Also, is it ok to take it with food or even I I dont is it ok to wash it down with a glass of water?

Since Im taking 40 to 60 mg should I split it up or just take it all at once?

sorry for all the questions but doing I search I couldnt find the answer.

It really doesn't matter, but pick a time and stick with it. No need to do the 60mg for the first week. Just do 40mg the first two weeks, 20mg the next two weeks.

god!..Im totally confused now reading that thread. I'll just do 60mg the first week and keep stepping down the weeks after til the bottle is gone. I only have one bottle and when thats out I'll jsut finish with 6-oxo that I have 1 bottle of also.

OR? should I start with the 6-oxo and finish up with the Nolva? I cant order another bottle of N right now.

First plan is better if you can't make your nolva last 4 weeks, IMO. But if you can make your nolva last 4 weeks, that is preferable. Not to confuse you more, but as another option you could run the nolva as JD said with a light dose of 6-oxo at the same time.

I dont think theres any way I can make a 50ml bottle last 4 weeks doing the 60mgs way...well I could if I did it the way I explained in my first post...if it coms out correct, I would be using 49mls
,,,,,,,saying I did it JD's way, what would be a light does of the 6-O?

If you can do it like you said in your first post and make it last a month, do that and sell the 6-oxo. Well, you could make the bottle of 6-oxo last a month at 200mg/day, right? If you go with the lighter nolva dosing, this might be the route to take.

Good info Pirate! I wasn't aware of that either. I stand by the 40mg ed first 2 weeks, and 20mg ed next two weeks of tamoxifen. But as that thread discovers, it takes 60mg of tamoxifen citrate to equal 40mg of tamoxifen...

So do 60mg ed for two weeks, 30mg ed the last two weeks. You'll need 1,260 mg or 63ml... so buy another bottle

. I assume you'll be doing another cycle JCH, and it's always a good idea to have extra nolva on hand.

I know this is a long shot seeing that S1+ is a strong component .My question is do you think after 4 week cycle someone could go straight into a 4 week cycle of Danabol ( Blue Heart 10mg) .Then doing the required PCT .

You could do that, but you will be shut down hard. 10 g a day wouln't be enough though. I'd rather do the d-bol with the S1+ and nolva or femera ED on cycle.

The Dbol and 4-AD would make for a wet and bloated cycle. However, as the S1+ isn't too stressful on the liver I don't see a huge problem with your plan.

Sorry guys to correct they are the 10mg dbol but will be taking 30 to 40mg a day.A 4 week cycle.Never been shutdown really hard before,would a good pct of nolva get me back on track after.Thanks

If you are using liquid nolva, use 20 mg/day on cycle.
PCT: Week 1-2: 60 mg nolva ED Week 3-4: 30 mg nolva ED
IMO this should work well, ceteras peribis.

Have got a box of 100 GENOX Nolva tabs (20mg per tab) .Could i just not run liquid Nolva during the cycle and continue PCT: Week 1-2: 60 mg nolva Week 3-4: 30 mg nolva.

Are the tabs better than the liquid.

I have a question related to this thread. I just finished my first week of S1+ doing 6 sprays 2xday. I haven't noticed any change in weight or strength nor did I expect to after only 1 week. My question is should I increase the amount of sprays to 12 2xday like above or should I stick with 6 sprays 2xday for the remaining 3 weeks of my cycle? Also I have one bottle of 6-oxo and was planning on buying a second for my PCT but it looks like most people suggest Nolva for PCT. Will 6-oxo work good enough using the regime suggested in the PH sticky?

With S1+ you most effective weeks are the 3rd and 4th so hang in there.I would apply 6 sprays for the first 2 weeks then go up to 10 sprays for the 3rd and 4th week.

To be honest i have not had much experience with 6Oxo as im sure its a fairly new product all i can say is that you wanna go safe with your PCT no compramises.So if you can get Nolva DO!!

Hey JCH, was this what happened in your case, no gains until 3rd or 4th week? Why did you up it from 6 sprays 2xday to 12 2xday? In retrospect do you think 6sprays would have worked just as well?

Can I get a consensus on the # of sprays? I was planning on doing 6 sprays 2xday for the 4 week cycle but I will increase the dose if thats the common practice. Any thoughts??

You don't have to run the nolva on cycle, but I think it is worth buying more nolva since this cycle has a higher chance of gyno. Nolva is cheaper than tits.

6 sprays twice a day is fine.
