    Please, some advice with NO2....

I am about to start taking some NO2 and I know it works much better with creatine. What brand of Creatine should I take with NO2? Please let me know what has worked the best for you. Thanks!

Just buy the most expensive creatine you can find. You've already bought the most expensive NO supplement. Just joking. Im pretty sure your supposed to wait 10 days until adding creatine to NO2 but that's just what the MRI book said so I don't know if you have to listen to that or not but try Swole. It's a great creatine product and fairly cheap

well if it was a salesman at GNC then they told you that because they get $2 every time they sell a bottle, but there are cheaper NO products that are just as effective. Run a search and read what other people have to say

Try Swole. It's creatine but if i remember correctly it has Alpha Ketogluterate in it which basically does the same thing as NO2. I agree that those NO products are not worth the price so just go with some good ole' creatine.

NOX3 has NO and Alpha Ketogluterate. It is less than half the price of NO2 and more effective. http://www.massnutrition.com/product...ION&item=UN074

I can second "nox3". It's 10x better than no2 and you can tell by the 3rd day on it. Flex, buy a bottle, it's only 23$.

Take it on an empty stomach twice a day--just as the instructions say. You can take creatine, too.

You guys who say it is garbage are right. NO2 is. There are some similar products like NOX3 that work well for some at a third of the price. But it is a very minor supplement. The people who start threads like this are just beginners who want a little edge. They are not nearly as experienced as you, and lack the knowledge and responsibility to use the stuff you have--as I am sure you agree. If someone is just looking for a little edge from some relatively safe low cost products, a good NO supplement and creatine is a nice place to start. Unfortunately, too many people want to jump into potentially dangerous supplements (juice) because they want to blow up fast. I personally get great pumps off NOX3 and plain creatine mono. For me they are effective for the money with no risk of health problems. But I am not looking to be huge like you guys. Any progress is good, and health should be the first priority. Just my opinions.
