    Fat Boy Needs Some Help

First of all I'm new to the site so hello to everyone.Im 26 yrs old.I lifted weights from 14-22 while playing football.I stopped lifting when i left college and reallife set in.Im a data tech in New York City so I dont get much exercise and I eat well.I've gained about 60 pounds of pure fat in four years.I just started lifting again about 4 months ago because I got on a scale and I weighed 280.Thats scary. I lift because thats the only exercise i like to do I force myself to do 20 mins on a bike or the treadmill before I lift. I do 5 sets of everything(12,10,8,10,12) I'm down to 250 and I've been using to doses of winni-v a day (just to speed up the weight loss)I've never done anything harder than creatine and only tried winni because I was desperate.I didnt stack it or anything because I'm a little paranoid about anabolics.I know I need to change my workout but I was just wondering to what.Any of you former college football players know that I know a little bit about supps and working out, butI have been out of the loop for 5 years and I'm not up on the latest.I've plateaued for the last week or so, so I'm just looking for some advice any advice. I'm not looking to use any anabolics for at least another 4 months but I would reallly appreciate you guys help. Also I apologize for giving you my life story but I figure some personal trainer out there would want to know as much history as possible.Post here or email me I'm ready to get my ass back in shape.

Winni-V is a legal product, not the real thing. However, anabolics and PH and the like are for muscle, not fat loss. Diet is the key ingredient to successfull body recomposition, weight gain or loss, or bodyfat decrease with muscular increase.
