    Glutamine During Workouts Only or Daily

    I bought glutamine yesterday. The directions say take 5 grams post workout and 5 grams within 2 hours after. My ? is do you take it only during the days you workout, or do you take it daily

    daily ... best time to take is when you wake up, preworkout, postworkout, and before bedtime.

    your body can only absorb so much at a time, too high a dose at once will be a waste and just cause idgestive problems. I think its a waste of dough in the first place, but If I were you tough, I'd wait until post cycle where it may actualyl do some good and use it then. my two cents
