    Mixing supplements

    just a quick question, im taking creatine mono and weight gainer (nlarge2) anyway i was just wondering if its ok to mix both of them together and take in just one milk drink?

    I would take the creatine first with some water, then drink the nlarge2...
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    If its just monohydrate, then put it in the weight gainer and drink water throughout the day

    i just tried it, problem is i always feel pretty sick for an hour or 2 after i take creatine and thats not a good thing when ur already boated. im just about managing to keep it in me :/ is there any reason othe than the nausea that i should drink water thoughout the day?
