I am not currently taking dairy products but I eat a lot of veggies and greens, rice and oats. Is it necessary for me to supplement in calcium citrate/magnesium/vit. d tablets in my meals? I workout 6 times/ week and stay very active, 20 yrs old. Thanks for the advice.


the calcium contained in broccoli has the same bioavailablity as that found in dairy products...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
