    Dextrose?

Hey My little bro is taking Creatine, dextrose and some kind of ADL (acid pills or something). This was a recommendation from a guy selling him supplements. What is the deal with the Dextrose. Dextrose was a sugar liquid we would give to people when their sugar was low with an I.V. His Dextrose mind you is in a powder form. Is is worth it and what is the best supplement stack for weight lifting and seeing some serious gains.

Dextrose is pharm sugar. He's using it for an insulin spike to "suck" up the creatine.

    LIke celltech.

    "best thing for weight gain"

-proper diet ... you can spend your entire life in the gym, but without a proper diet... why bother. If you aren't 100% into it, go buy a camaro to 'get big'
