what do u think is the best supplement?

hey everyone long time no see...yeah my x-rays came back negative for my bones, my bones are fused (growth plates closed) meaning im done growing at 5'5. The supplement PROLEX could help me gain an inch or two in height but they would make my bones thicker, meaning a bigger nose and all that, so forget that...so i want to ask u guys what do u think is the best muscle building supplement? Im 18 and take anxiety medication, do u know any SAFER muscle building...umm, steroid, hormone, or whatever?? please let me know cuz im looking into supplements now for muscles. Thanks.

I have a personal favorite way to take creatine. Put it in a glass jar with some baking soda. Put the glass jar in a boiling pot of water and let stand for 10-20 min. Then when the product solidifies, i chop it up and snort it. Actually I just mix it with mass gainer.

for an 18 year nothing can beat a solid diet high in protein, I never recommend a lot of supplements for teens, but a good mult-vitamin, protein powder and creatine would probably be the only ones I would recommend.

Actually, the "cat" was dragged in by this site's owner posting something on our board and here about our product. The interest was stirred-up by him.

This is a nice board with a lot of familiar names.

ETS contains microlactin, which is a "patented special milk protein concentrate from the milk of hyperimmunized (overly immunized) cows."

Generally speaking, and correct me if I'm wrong, it's been used as an anti-inflammatory. That would explain its recovery benefits to training.
    yay.

I also asked quite a few IM members to ask Chris on WBB to post here. Trust me, he's a great addition to IM. He doesn't swear that one single program is the Bible either.

I know you know of the site, I didn't know if you had looked at the ETS page.

Geez, I am not here to only advertise my stuff, believe me. Just like on getbig.com once I have posted for some time you will see 90%+ of my posts will have no relation to AtLarge Nutrition.

Eh, DiMaggio doesn't seem to mind either way. It's not like you came in talking like a FLEX Magazine rep touting a "CAN'T FAIL SUPPLEMENT FOR MASS!"

Of course, if you did that you'd have to follow it up with a 40 set curl routine to BLAST THOSE ARMS!

Seriously though, are you guys planning a weight gainer at all? I'm not much into protein, per se, but I love weight gainers (and the protein is a plus of course).
    yay.

    Smile

Definately a high protein diet to build good lean muscle mass, maybe a few meal replacements in there too to get extra calories. Maybe even add some extra carbs into your shakes too to get an even bigger calorie intake as well as all your food of course.

Creatine may work for you too, you can really blow up on the stuff and hold a lot of water, but if you get the right creatine/glutamine transport system you will hang on to a lot of your goals.
