    Prolab

    Are these products any good becuase i have found somewhere a lot cheaper than where i was going to buy them before plus you get more in a pack

    I have been using Prolab products for 10 years..first creatine I ever tried was Prolab, and I have been hooked on their products eversince. IMO their products are high quality and reasonaly priced.

    I am unfamiliar with the brand la muscle, must be a UK thing..The second site requires me to log into see the prices but IMO you can't go wrong with Prolab products. Nutrition/supplementation are the most important thing IMO went it comes to progress in the gym and you don't want to go broke spending all your money on supps so stick to an international brand like Prolab and as you put it keep trying to save an "absolute packet" and if the supplement hype sounds to good to be true it almost always is.

    There is alot of info on here about supplements, search the site and read up.

    just wanted know if prolab was any good sounds as if it is so i will buy that
    i can also use viper which will increase energy and let me do extra reps in the gym

    Don't worry about flexing funny..I can't really answer your question about Viper because I don't know what it is..

    On the subject of supplements though, there's only a few worth using IMO...use this sites search feature and do some research.
