depends on what kind of bulk you want to do. some do a clean bulk to try and keep the fat to a minimum (less fat to cut off later.) you're young and look to be ecto so i doubt cutting will be a tough issue for you.

You forget that he lives in England. There is no summer, just different types of cloud and rain. He can bulk all year

Your diet is more important than your supplementation. Don't worry about getting fat. Eat right and eat enough. Are those misspellings in your sig line on purpose?

firstly this isn't class and secondly the second quote does make sense pain should only be recognised bu the brain and not put into action by the body letting you do more break the pain barriers etc

Pirate is the man Martin, diet is 99% responsible for the results you will see. Imagine all that supplement money in your pocket, and getting the same results. Learn to eat right.

Good choice of supplements..Search the forums to find out the proper way to use your creatine/glutimine...
I used N Large back when I was in high school, I thought the stuff was amazing (it was the onlyway I was going to get all the calories I needed to grow). Never use it as a food substitute but as a way to bump up you daily calorie intake.. I had to split the servings of N large in two at first because of the bloat.
You might want to also search the supplement forum for EFA's.

Yes and no..it is prefectly fine to fallow label directions when it comes to creatine/glutamine but others including myself have gotten better results from using creatine with 50 g dextrose/50 g whey protein isolate post workout. There is a tremendous amount of info in the supplement forum on creatine/glutamine use..the search feature really is a useful tool.

I am glad to see that you are already supplementing your diet with EFA's..good job.
