melatonin
the last 2 wks my sleep pattern sucks,i'm restless,i log down everything i eat and drink and nothing has changed.i'm thinking of trying melatonin has any body tried it .thanks .

I've used melatonin in the past and it helped me sleep better. I never had any problems with it. I do know of some people who have tried it and it makes the feel groggy in the morning.

H.N.C thanks.. i went and bought some today i'll give it a try tonite.yeah,i dont wanna feel to groggy in the morn cuz i do cardio.but thats a good excuse to stay in bed,IM TOO GROGGY

Whatsup bro? I have taken GNC's Sleep Foruma and 3 mg. of melatonin for around 2-3 months now and slept GREAT..
