    CAn your body only get so much protein at a time?

    I was told just the other day that my body can only take up to 30 grams of protein at a time...i take weight gainer and one scoop is 45 grams!..i would normally put two scoops of that but now im only doin one? Is this true what i heard..?Another q. i bought cex a new type of creatine...it taste like shit like batery acid!..is it ok to mix it with my protein shake????or no? if not what should i mix it with any good idea's out there? well i hope some one answers my questions b.c since i put my first one no1 wants to respond to me cuz im a newb i guess ?

    I heard you can absorb around 50g at a time.

    About the creatine with your protein, i do it. I believe Glutamine and protein are the 2, that should not be mixed together.

    Im not sure about this Cex stuff. I think its made by VPX, right? Do a search

    who ever told you the body can only take 30 grams of protein at a time, doesn't know jack about human biology...
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    I've always heard between 40 and 50 grams. So, between 40 and 50 grams.
    Wouldn't it depend on the person?
