Costco just got in some high quality whey protein. 91 servings for $20. It tastes good, but I recommend adding some low fat peanut butter and 2% milk. I know how it is...I work 50 hrs a week, have two kids (and another on the way...AHHHH), and I am finishing my master's.

I agree the Costco 'Pro Rated' whey is great. It's not the best tasting blend on the market but for $20/6lbs you can't go wrong.

Why is it I can't seem to find this "Pro-Rated" stuff at Costco? Where is it located at, like what other products is it near?

Like 20% of chicken meat and eggs have salmonella, ingesting raw eggs seems to be a good way to get sick! Probably would be good for a cutting diet when you get salmonella poisoning, and can't stop throwing up or going to the bathroom.

ditto...for $20 it is a good quality WPC. IMO the chocolate is the best, the vanilla tastes like shit...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

By FAR, the most un-nerving thread title yet....... I'm suprised "paul from new jersey" didn't start this one.

I think it is closer to 10%, but I totally agree. Get the pasteurized eggs in a carton if you want to use raw eggs.

My cal intake right now is 250 Carbs, 250 Pro, 50 fat. I mix 1 cup of oatmeal with 2 scoops of milk isolate protein, 2 packs of splenda and some flavoring. Cost me about $ .30 a meal. Carbs = 50g. Pro = 50g. Fat = 6g. Bring a spoon.
