These are the supplements i am going to be taking
Non workout days
7.00am on empty stomach have a glutamine and creatine shake
10.00am before eating second meal have a protein shake
1.00 have a weight gainer shake
9.00-10.00pm Have a protein shake
Workout days
7.00am on empty stomach have a glutamine and creatine shake
10.00am before eating second meal have a protein shake
1.00 have a weight gainer shake
4.00 Before workout have therma pro capsule
5.00 Have a protein shake after workout

Do you take carbs with your post workout shake? E.g. dextrose, maltadextrin etc
was going to take a bannana after the workout,with the shake
