    cutting supps

    ok i read through the faq thoroughly and did a little side research as well. i just have a few questions about deciding which cutting supplement(s) to use. first i'll tell you my goals. then i'll get to the questions.

    goal: 8+ lbs of lean mass. 2 month cycle at most. a well trimmed body fat %.

    - 1-t looks like a solid choice. though i've read about people using it for a mass cycle rather than a lean mass cycle. what do you think?

    - which supplement(s) do you recommend for a cutting cycle?
    :: what brand?
    :: what dosage & how much? (400mg every week? day? twice a day? etc.)

    if anyone with good ph experience could provide some input it'd be appreciated.

    thanks

    Elwood - this is a commonly asked question, there's a lot of information on this topic in the forum. Run a search - here's an example - Need names of good supplements for cutting stack?

    Good luck.
