    Glutamine & Creatine

I was wondering if you should take these two supplements together. Do they act well with each other? Also when to take them? Right now I take creatine pre and post workout and was going to start taking the Glutamine post and before I go to bed. The reason I'm doing this is because of the directions. Any ifo would be appreciated. Also, using whey protein doesn't effect anything does it? Thanks....

Yes you can take them together. They will not negatively interact. You could also add in some glutamine pre workout as well if you wish. Whey is fine, but don't take glutamine with your whey. Take glutamine first and then wait for 20-30 min before having your whey.

    why wait 20-30min before whey?

I have always mixed the glutamine with my shakes

hmm so in the morning a would wake up and the have to wait 30min before i get any nutrition, same post workout???

before training wouldn't be too much of a problem, BUT.. would i have my pre workout shake and oats, then the glute right before i train, or... the glutamine like 1.5hrs before i workout (as i heard its best to take right before training)

before bed is fine, just 30mins before my bedtime meal

unsure what to do about the other servings, please help gopro!

L-glutamine can not be properly absorbed in the presence of whole proteins (like whey), so you are not getting the most out of your glutamine.

You should take your glutamine immediately upon rising, and then wait at least 15 minutes before having your 1st meal.

Before training you could either have your meal about an hour and a 1/2 before training and then have a serving of glutamine about an hour after completion of this meal...or, you could push the meal closer to your workout and have your glutamine about 1 hour before training and your meal about 30 minutes later (this is how I do it, but I only have a shake with some natural peanut butter before I train).
