    Pre-Workout Supplements

One area I am still trying to understand better is what to have Pre-workout in order to maximize the effects of my workout. I found alot of information about posts workout on here and got that covered, my search for Pre didn't give me much. I would like to know what most of you use pre-workout and what is effective. According to information about the Vendetta Pre-workout protein, is that you need a precise blend of carbs and protein and that by having this leads to extreme fat loss and greater results. That product has 13G protein and 29G carbs and a bunch of other stuff.

I am probably going to be starting NO-Xplode, I understand there is no protein in this and that it's best not to eat before consuming it, I am looking forward to the focus and energy it provides and hopefully the pumps.

Will I be better off with a protein shake and something like redline or caffeine for energy, if so what type of protein is best pre-workout.

Theres a lot of different things you can take/eat/do to increase your workouts.

First, I would suggest taking a protein shake (maybe 25 grams of whey) 30 min prior to the workout.

Then, the sky is basically the limit. If your taking a hemodialator (NO-EXPLODE) supposedly you shouldnt take it with ephedra because ephedra restricts blood vessles and NO expands them (SUPPOSEDLY)

Ephedra/Caffeine works great and gives a kick-ass punch.

Well, you can't implode and explode at the same time, so I say it is safe. Ephedrine does cause vaso-constriction.
