Paid $40 is this good deal
I paid 40.00 for ergopharm 1-ad.Is this a good deal. I plan on taking this for about 1 to 2 months for a cycle. so I would get about ten days perbottle.
If not a good deal were can I get it cheaper, and is there better. I know I shoudl do a search but i cannot get my computer to work long enough cause of dial up. I live in the boonies and they dont have anything better yet unless i pay a fortune....Please advise... |

For my first cycle of 1AD, I did a 6 week cycle, but I was only taking 2 a day. Being your first cycle, I wouldn't suggest taking any more than 3 or 4 a day, evenly spaced throughout the day. Make sure you are eating like a madman, every 2-3 hours, getting 40g of protein in each meal.

I did 6 weeks at 3 a day and had no problems and saw great gains. Go with 3, you will be fine except for the fact that your nuts will turn to grapes but a good PCT will take care of that.
