now my main problem is a supplier of Ephedrine and Caffeen as they are hard to find in the UK (apparently ephedrine is prescription only)
might have to find a US site that ships to Europe

okay i know this is a very newbie question but what dose ephradine, caffeen and asprin actually do? in terms of how do they help the body lose fat, individually?
and... what are their non-bb usages? like asprin = painkiller, etc..

I`ve heard of some of the ingedients and how they promotec fat loss but I can`t say as I have never tried them personally.
I would rely more on diet,training,and cardio myself,and most important.........being consistant.My Website:

Ephedrine is not banned, it just can't be sold in suppliments. It is illegal to sell, but not possess, however it can still be sold in pure ephedrine tablets. It is still sold at gas stations and convenient marts. You can get it on www.bulknutrition.com as well.
