    My 3rd M1T Cycle

    I am most likely going to run 3-4 weeks of 5mg of M1T 3x per day for the most part. I mean that's the dosage I feel like I respond best to.

    Now I have been reading so much about taking M1T postworkout, and all this. What's with all this? Is it true?

    Any new info on M1T? I need a RELIABLE source for Nolva by the way, anyone know of any they can PM me with?

    The reason to take it post-workout is because it causes a rise in blood pressure--which can make you feel sick during a workout. I always wait until after exercise. I don't see any reason to spread the dose throughout the day, personally.

    This is very true. A few weeks ago I had a chem. test to study for so I popped 20mg. of adderall while at the same time taking a 15 mg. dose of M1T and I could feel my heart beating in my chest and simple movements like walking around made my breathing very rapid and short, so definately don't take it with any kind of vasoconstrictor or central nervous stimulant.

    Okay guys, great thanks, appreciate the feedback. I am going to take 5mg first thing in the morning when I wake up, 5mg postworkout, and then 5mg before bed. Going to run this for about 3-4 weeks and then hit up some tamoxifen citrate. I am not sure about the dosing on the tamoxifen citrate, since it's in "ml" and not "mg", though.

    i seems to me that nolva usually comes 30mg/ml... 40mg for 7 days, 30mg for the last 2-3 weeks... you do the math.

    If there is no reason to spread it out over the day, why would you take it after your workout? The reason I ask is that I am assuming that you believe that it has a long half-life, which may be true, and thus does not need to be spread out. If that is the case, the rise in BP would also last throughout the day as well, not just immediately after you take it.

    Half life is probably around 6 hours!

    The rise in BP seems to be most accute for the first few hours following dosing. Taking it once a day worked great for me. Spreading it throughout the day may be ideal, but I would rather not take it before working out.

    Ahhh, I gotcha now. I took it 12 hours apart when I did it. I found my BP to be bad throughout the day, especially just before bed, but that may have been because I had to run my fat ass up the stairs in order to go to bed..
    If sense were common, everyone would have it.
